WIF announced the beginning of our Mentorship Program and accepted applications from amazing students. This 4 month opportunity took place in January 2021 and was targeted towards female students in all years and programs who were passionate about launching a career in finance.
The mentees were paired up with an alumnus or senior student that had already broken into the finance industry. They mentored students one-on-one over the course of the 4-month period to help them get closer to landing a finance co-op! |

UW WIF is excited to launch our Student Mentorship Program! Starting in January 2022, this four month opportunity gives students the chance to connect with alumni and upper year students who have experience working in finance. Mentors will work one-on-one with mentees to help provide support on their journeys to a finance co-op!

UW WIF's Mentorship Program is back for Spring 2022! Due to popular demand, we will now be running the program on a rolling basis. Starting in June 2022, this three-month opportunity will give you the opportunity to connect with an alum or upper-year student working in the finance industry. You will receive one-on-one mentorship and support as you begin your career in finance!
Both new and past applicants are welcome. We will be accepting female University of Waterloo students in any year/program that are interested in launching a career in finance. Apply by 6pm EST on Friday, May 27th if you’re interested—spots are limited and acceptances will be made on a rolling basis, so apply ASAP! If you’re an upper-year student or recent grad that is interested in becoming a mentor for this program, please fill out the sign-up form to get involved! |
