On February 19th, UW WIF hosted its 6th annual flagship Pathways in Finance conference in collaboration with four firms. The conference aims to inspire and educate young female students about diverse career opportunities in finance by hearing directly from industry professionals.
This year’s attendees had the unique opportunity to: → Network with women leaders at OMERS → Explore long-term value investing and global strategy with Burgundy Asset Management → Tour the TD Securities Trading Floor and network with professionals in IB and S&T → Improve problem-solving skills with a case structuring workshop led by BCG consultants We thank all firms for sharing their invaluable insights, attendees for their thoughtful questions, and SAF for providing transportation and lunch.
