WIF will be accepting applications all year round. There are various roles you can apply for such as Marketing (Graphic Design or Social Media), Branding, Logistics, Communications (Internal & External), and Outreach. WIF will be hiring the executive team through 3 main channels:
- Official hiring season: A new team for the Fall term is on-boarded every year through a standard hiring process which includes:
- A standard online application with a resume submission
- An interview with the Co-Chairs
- Waiting list: If you were not selected for the final team, you will be placed on the waiting list. If we see changes in circumstances such as an increased workload, you and students on the waiting list are the first to be considered to be added to the executive team!
- Continuous: If you missed the official hiring season, don't worry! Applications for executive members will remain open. You can continue to submit applications year-round through the link below. Similar to the waiting list, if we experience changing situations, we will reach out to the applicants.
Please note you should be prepared to commit to the team for a minimum of 8 to 12 months. If you were not selected, don't hesitate to re-apply!
